What is Riverfront?

Riverfront is a unique residential community set within a modern 40-unit condominium building in Philadelphia’s quaint Old City neighborhood. Located at 22 South Front Street, Riverfront is a multigenerational residence that affords the convenience of city living. Plentiful award-winning restaurants, eclectic galleries, stylish boutiques, theaters, and historic attractions are all within easy walking distance. An array of public transportation options (most free to those over 65) is available within a block, and I-95 and the Ben Franklin Bridge are nearby.

At Riverfront, you reside in a spacious, fully independent condominium unit. Shared community spaces are available where you can enjoy activities such as weekly dinners, discussions, exercise groups, and entertainment. The building itself is professionally managed. An elected Riverfront board oversees collaborative activities and positive lifestyle opportunities for members of the community.
