Here are some things you can do now to help:
1. When you reserve, always ask for a quiet table, this is the first step in making your consumer vote count.
2. If you have noise issues, make sure you tell management "I'm sorry but I won't be coming back." I like doing this after I have paid the bill and tipped the server - it isn't the chef's or the server's fault - but you must make the management know to make your consumer vote count.
3. Consider getting a decibel meter for your smart phone - There are free apps and this gives you facts to work with, this is what Craig LaBan does.
